When the internet was new, it seemed full of all sorts of interesting sites and information. Over the years it has become crowded to the point of being overwhelming. Most people these days are stuck in a rut – wasting hours a day looking at their email and maybe a handful of other websites they visit every day. It’s hard to find new websites to browse when you don’t have anything in mind to search for.

Pokeadott.com was created with the purpose of providing a new and interesting experience for those who use the web. We are able to do this by providing a completely random experience each time someone visits Pokeadott.com. Upon each visit (refresh) Pokeadott.com randomly generates dotts', we then link each dott with a link pulled randomly (these sites have been checked first, you don’t have to worry about what your going to be sent to! No adult content is allowed on Pokeadott.com.)

It is our hope that by creating Pokeadott.com we are able to provide people with an interesting take on how the internet should be experienced. We hope to help people branch out from the normal routine of checking, three to five websites everyday, we want people to find those hidden gems of the internet that you might not see if you didn't break out of the norm and poke a dott.

The creators of Pokeadott.com are three guys who attended Central Ohio Technical College together. While working on projects in our design and web development classes we rounded out the concept and made plans to implement them. Eventually these plans were fleshed out in the current Pokeadott.com experience.
